Useful Daily Phrases
Shalom (שָׁלוֹם), used for both hello AND goodbye. Most important word in Hebrew. Also means "peace".
Beseder (בְּסֵדֶר), literally "in order". Used everywhere to mean "OK / fine / alright". You'll hear it 50 times a day.
Slicha / Bevakasha, Slicha = sorry / excuse me (to get attention). Bevakasha = please / you're welcome / here you go.
