The US Jewish community is approximately 6.3 million strong, the second largest globally after Israel itself. It clusters in NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago, Boston, DC, Philadelphia, and San Francisco. Religious denominations split roughly: Reform ~37%, Conservative ~17%, Modern Orthodox ~9%, Haredi ~6%, unaffiliated ~32%. Aliyah from the US runs ~3,000-4,000 per year, almost entirely channeled through Nefesh B'Nefesh (founded 2002), and the Anglo-Israeli community in Israel today numbers around 250K, concentrated in Modi'in, Beit Shemesh, Ra'anana, Efrat, and Jerusalem, heavily religious-Zionist or Modern Orthodox in flavor.
Cultural note, American Olim culture clusters around a few key cities. Modi'in is the "Anglo capital" with roughly 30% Anglo households; Beit Shemesh (especially Ramat Beit Shemesh) is the haredi/Modern Orthodox magnet; Ra'anana is the secular-to-religious-Zionist Anglo hub north of Tel Aviv. "Anglo" identity in Israel means English as the default language at home, kosher observance that varies widely, and a religious-Zionist majority, though secular Anglos exist in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Nefesh B'Nefesh handles ~95% of US aliyah cases and runs ~5-7 charter group flights per year landing at Ben Gurion. Most US olim retain dual citizenship and visit family back in the States regularly.
